Volunteer Information
Parent volunteers are what help make Aldrich great! Research has shown that when parents are involved in school, children go farther in school and the schools they go to are better. We urge you to make an investment in your child's education by helping volunteer even a little of your time this year.

Below is a list of volunteer/committee areas you can opt to help volunteer for. Hovering over the name of the committee will show you a brief description of what that committee does. For most committees, if you select the "I am interested in volunteering for some/all committees" checkbox, those parents will be contacted about volunteering for all committees. Some of our committees that need volunteers right away, such as Room Parent, Lunch and Media Room, you can choose below to specifically volunteer for those committees. You are in no way obligated to volunteer for these activites. You are free to choose the level of participation in which you would like to volunteer. Help is needed in many ways and many events require very little time commitment.

If you are interested in playing a more active role in the PTO, consider working as a committee chair, or attending our monthly meetings. We value your input and participation in every way.

Order Information
Choosing to purchase a PTO Family membership grants you one vote for PTO meetings and elections and gives you access to the online school directory (this in no way requires you to attend PTO meetings or elections).

Your PTO Membership contribution helps fund valuable services to Aldrich such as purchasing new playground and PE equipment, classroom supply grants, purchasing supplies for our outdoor decorations, and funding our annual Olympic Day, 5th Grade Farewell, Art Show & Edible Book fair. Funds are also used to provide welcome books during Kindergarten Round Up and pay the website hosting fee of the online school directory, just to name a few.

Your Classroom Parties contributions fund the Halloween and Valentine's Day classroom parties and are essential for each class to have a great party. The total funds raised for classroom parties will be all the funds that the room parents have to work with for a budget for classroom parties.
